A healthcare project built on an occupied site operates under entirely different constraints to a logistics warehouse on a greenfield. Hospitals, primary care centres, mental health facilities, care homes and GP surgeries. NHS estate and private healthcare, including infection-control environments and projects on occupied clinical sites.

Schools, colleges, universities and research facilities. DfE frameworks and RIBA-aligned procurement, with experience of phased delivery on occupied sites during term time and summer holiday programmes.
Public & Civic
Civic buildings, council offices, libraries, community hubs and public realm schemes. Independent advice to local authorities and public bodies, with a focus on governance, compliant procurement and value for public money.
Fire Remediation
Remediation of unsafe cladding and fire safety defects in residential and mixed-use buildings. Supporting building owners and responsible persons through surveys, funding applications, procurement and delivery in line with the Building Safety Act.
