Sector knowledge that makes a difference on site
Every sector has its own procurement logic, its own risk profile and its own set of stakeholders. A healthcare project built on an occupied site operates under entirely different constraints to a logistics warehouse on a greenfield. A build-to-rent scheme is procured differently to a roadside retail drive-through.

Road and rail schemes, highways works, bridge and structure renewals. Experience under NEC contracts and National Highways frameworks, from minor junction improvements to major road network programmes.

Hotels from budget to five-star, leisure centres, sports and fitness facilities, restaurants and licensed premises. New build and refurbishment, managing programmes with live operational continuity requirements.
Commercial
Offices, CAT A and CAT B fit-out, business parks and co-working spaces. New build and deep refurbishment across developer and occupier-side appointments, from single-floor fit-out to multi-storey new build.
Healthcare
Hospitals, primary care centres, mental health facilities, care homes and GP surgeries. NHS estate and private healthcare, including infection-control environments and projects on occupied clinical sites.
Education
Schools, colleges, universities and research facilities. DfE frameworks and RIBA-aligned procurement, with experience of phased delivery on occupied sites during term time and summer holiday programmes.
