Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between Category A and Category B fit-out?
Category A brings a building up to a basic lettable standard, with finishes such as raised floors, suspended ceilings, lighting and building services. Category B is the occupier’s own fit-out, such as partitions, meeting rooms, kitchens, furniture and IT.
Do you work for landlords or occupiers?
Both. We work for developers and landlords on new build, refurbishment and Category A works, and for occupiers on Category B fit-outs and relocations.
Can you help us plan a fit-out to a lease date?
Yes. We build the programme back from the lease date and manage design, procurement and the works so the space is ready when you need it.
