From single units of around 5,000 sq ft to large distribution centres of up to 500,000 sq ft, both new build and refurbishment.
Do you act for developers or occupiers?
Both. We work for developers and investors on speculative and pre-let schemes, and for occupiers on build-to-suit and fit-out projects.
Which contracts are used on industrial schemes?
Most industrial schemes use design and build, typically the JCT Design and Build Contract with us acting as Employer’s Agent. We also work under NEC where clients prefer it.
