Yes. We can work from early drawings and make clearly stated allowances for anything not yet designed, so you know exactly what is and isn’t included.

It depends on the size and complexity of the project. We agree a turnaround with you before starting so it fits your tender return date.
What format will my estimate be in?
We can provide an elemental estimate, a full bill of quantities, or price directly into the client’s own pricing schedule.
